By installing a railed lifeline system on the lashing baskets used in container ship operations, employees are provided to perform safe, fast and uninterrupted operations without the need to change the seat belt attachment point.

By providing illumination of the work areas with the lighting systems mounted on the baskets, optimum visibility is provided both in lashing operations and in maintenance/repair works where the technical team needs to work.

Finally, fire extinguishing systems with foam melange have been installed in baskets in order to provide rapid intervention to fires that may occur on the ship or in container stacks.
