The aim of the “Being a Security Employee in Gemport” project is that; Following Gemport's goals and objectives, the Security team employees are to establish a system of learning and development processes to make more effective, safer and more efficient.

In the project that started with the motto “We are safe together”; strengths and areas of development were determined by analyzing the current situation by taking into consideration the interaction processes with the colleagues, Gemport customers, agents, visitors and stakeholders while Security Department employees perform their duties and responsibilities.

By identifying learning and development strategies, the necessary materials were created for the orientation, training and development program of the Security Team employees. Within the scope of the project, internal trainers who will perform the program were identified and the employees were trained as internal trainers.

With the completion of the Project; The first training of our current Security Team employees have been started by our internal trainers on 30 October 2019; It is planned to be completed by the end of the year. The Security Team employees who will start their work; they will be subject to more detailed training within the orientation program.

Gemport aims to achieve sustainable success by learning from each other and developing together with the project, which has started with the motto of “We are safe together”.
