Proactive behaviors are crucial for all of us to widespread work safety cultivation and providing to progress on a solid path. “Near miss” notifications also have a significant importance to prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases and related matters which is a proactive approach to predicting hazards and risks before losses occur.

YILPORT Gemport family conducts intense works as related to awarding the best near miss notifications in three months period of time evaluated by the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. This quarter's awards were presented by YILPORT Holding CEO Mr.Christian BLAUERT, Turkey Region General Manager Mr. Uygun DEGIRMENCI and Gemport General Manager Mr. Mustafa Levent ADALI during the Gemport family picnic.

The employees awarded according to the importance of the near miss notification. Metin YARAR and Hasan EROĞLU, who are in the Operations Department, and Serkan BİÇİCİ, who is in the Technical Department, received the awards by making the most important near miss notifications belonging to the past quarter.
