Gebze and Rotaport Terminals celebrated World Environment Day, by presenting a permanent, useful and valuable gift giving environmentally friendly pencil and pine seedling by aiming to contribute to a sustainable world for the children under the leadership of HSE department.

The carbon dioxide that 40 people exhale to the air, is transformed to oxygen by an adult pine tree in an hour. These seedlings, which have a lifespan of 250-300 years, contributes getting under control of the pollution by exhaling oxygen to nature as long as they live.
