Milton Campos, Transitex USA country manager, Aline Gomes, from Claims Americas, and Sabrina Baptista, head of HR for Americas, visited Portugal and were at the office at the same time for some days.
Knowledge exchange between offices is an important part of Transitex team formation, particularly in the case of managers. With Lisbon as a model office for operations, use of CRM and NAV, corporate values and even the core for most shared services, a visit to the office is a learning experience, as well as an opportunity to meet the team and see the faces behind the many exchanged emails and Teams’ messages.
