    YILPORT Holding signed an agreement with SAP to implement SAP CRM system to all terminals in its portfolio.

    This will enable YILPORT Holding Terminals to connect and communicate on a customer relations management system through a smart, accessible system.

    E2E customer relationship and sales process with Outlook Integration and Mobile Application, 360o Customer View incl. Contacts, Emails, Phone Calls, Visits, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, Tickets will be implemented within the scope of the project. There’ll also be rule-based quote approvals and automatic notifications as a new function compared to the current system. Thanks to this system, we’ll no longer need an additional system for the after-sales process. This system will enable SLA based Ticket Management, as well.

    As for the timeline of Phase 1; while Project Kickoff is completed at 5th of July, on October 2019 system will Go-Live. Afterward, Phase II which includes S/4HANA integration and new features will be planned.
    Project sponsors for SAP implementation are Christian BLAUERT (Chief Executive Officer - YILPORT Holding) and Murat BENLIDAYI (Head of Digital Business Services - SAP Turkey). YILPORT Business Leads are Mark WOOTTON (Chief Information Officer), Erhan ÇİLOĞLU, Chief Marketing Officer)
    When it comes to Project Scope details; As an Organizational Management; there’ll be Organizational Structure (Sales & Service), Employees & Users, Business Roles & Authorizations

    The system will include the following modules;

    Master Data: Account & Contact Management (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outlook Synchronization), Product Management, Price Lists; Activity & Visit Management: Appointment (Outlook Synchronization), Task (Outlook Synchronization), Email (Outlook Synchronization), Phone Call, Visit (Outlook Synchronization), Calendar; Lead Management: Lead Conversion to Account & Contact, Opportunity, Business Card Scanning (ABBYY), Lead Dashboard; Opportunity Management: Expected Value, Sales Phase, Sales Assistant, Pipeline Dashboard; Quotation Management: Approval threshold, Quote Form; Contract Management; Ticket Management; Escalation, SLA, Service Dashboard; Feeds (SAP Jam); Mobility/Offline; Initial Data Migration.
