The paper and cardboard manufacturer Billerud Korsnäs in Gävle has this spring noted its biggest order intake ever, with a sharp increase in orders for June.

This has given YILPORT’s Terminal Granudden an All-Time-High with an average 25 percent higher output than usual. The YILPORT team at Granudden has managed the challenge. The success is explained by well-developed and effective teamwork, and consistent target management through daily meetings with all employees; known as Daily Stand-Ups.

A very close collaboration with Billerud Korsnäs, with more comprehensive communication, has of course also contributed to the success.
