Development Academy launched for Customer Services!
Customer Services teams at Yilport Gebze and Yilport Gemlik participated in the Development Academy which was tailor-made specifically to their needs to excel their competencies. During the interactive workshops, participants worked in mixed groups and learnt how to address and respond to the customer complaints in an effective manner.
